The waiting room was warm and inviting the receptionists were friendly and helpful. I was taken back quickly. The nurses, PA and Dr listened to my concerns and genuinely wanted to help. They were attentive and kind. They even called to check in and helped me find a solution to my problems. I had a great experience in my care with Sterling Urgent Care and I will definitely come back if urgent care is needed again.

These guys are awesome! The ladies in the front were so helpful and pleasant with genuine smiles and the nurse too. Dr Mike was great too, even during a stressful time for myself he explained everything and left me at ease. Iu2019d definitely go again if needed.

Arrived just before closing end of week. Usually the most stressful moment to interact. Pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was polite and professional. Very kind assisting with check in. The nursing staff also were remarkably professional and considerate. The doctor was no nonsense and carefully assessed my respiratory concerns. I was diagnosed accurately and the medication prescribed cured my pneumonia onset. Very professional and empathetic. Very grateful to encounter such a great care unit.

I come here cause the Dr are so good and some of the nurses. My last visit was frustrating. I was really sick. The nurse I had forgot my discharge paperwork and work note, almost forgot to do a nose swab. She was just very unorganized didnu2019t seem to know what she was doing. Thatu2019s the only time Iu2019ve come across anything like this. But this place is amazing the Dr take very good care of you.

Checked in to get care at 6:30, and brought back to a room at 6:45, thinking we would be seen and get things moving before they closed at 8. Only one person checked in before me. I was charged $50 in advance at the door just to be seen.However, it's 7:50 and not a single person has come to see me, or give me an update on when someone would come and see me. The nurses are just standing around their desk talking, and I had to go and ask them why I haven't been seen yet, which was met with a quick the doctor is busy, there's someone in line before you.
