ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Worst urgent care Iu2019ve ever been to. I originally went here as the reviews made it seem like it was a good place to visit in a time of need, but after visiting and seeing what the interior looked like, my views were anything but positive. Itu2019s basically an office building made into a doctoru2019s office. There arenu2019t even sinks in the patient rooms for the doctors and nurses to clean their hands! They have gloves and hand sanitizer placed on a table in the rooms, which is not acceptable. As far as my visit, the doctor didnu2019t seem knowledgeable about my issue in the slightest. She prescribed me a medication that she wasnu2019t even sure would help. I basically told her what I thought the issue was and what I thought the best treatment would be, but she didnu2019t take that into consideration and just gave me whatever she thought and told me that if my issue didnu2019t clear up, to go see a specialist. That is not what I expected to hear, as this issue should have been easily fixed by urgent care. Lastly, after getting the medication from the pharmacy and going home and using it, it made my condition much worse. I then called the urgent care office back to try and get them to send into the pharmacy the original medication that I knew would most likely help my issue and they refused to send it in and said it wouldnu2019t help. It was a complete waste of my time and money going to this urgent care and I couldnu2019t be more upset as I am still in need of care. I just wanted to post this review to let others know not to make the same mistake I did. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS!!! This office is not legitimate. GO ELSEWHERE! The only positive about this place was the receptionist I was greeted by, as she was very nice and helped me out, but unfortunately that doesnu2019t help with the outcome of my visit and experience with this office.

10/10!!! This place is by far the cleanest clinic Iu2019ve ever walked into! I received my service right away and the staff there were top notch! Usually I feel rushed in and rushed out without even having an understanding on the reason for my visit (at other clinics)u2026 Haleigh (provider) & Amanda (medical assistant) took great care of me. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Hello I just wanted to let you know that the medicine that the provider gave me has worked so much for me. I was wheezing yesterday. I am now not wheezing. I wanted to thank the provider for prescribing the medicine that she did. Thank you so much. I definitely appreciate all this. She did a great job and helping me get through this viral

This facility is wonderful! Friendly, thorough and attentive in every way! Very kind people at this location. I prefer this location to the one on Van Dyke. They are much more thorough and pleasant at this location. They even follow up with you - the best!
