I was able to make an appointment, got in and out very quickly. Staff was friendly. They don't get a 5 star due to the huge delay in getting my prescription sent in. I was needing antibiotics and was told the pharmacy should have it ready in an hour. They did not receive the order until the next day. I had to call to remind them to send it in.

GOD AWFUL!nMy grandmother went in today for a cough and hard to breathe. She was told that they wanted to give her a breathing treatment but were closing. SUBSTANDARD CARE. I am very upset at the way she was treated. They did NOT listen to her needs, wants or even to her lungs properly. Prescribed a medication she already had. The DR told her if she is still having trouble breathing to go to the emergency room at St Agnes. Iu2019m not sure how this place is even still open or how this dr still has a medical license.

FRAUD BILLING. UNETHICAL BILLING PRACTICES. I asked the receptionist if they accept my insurance and she said YES. My insurance covers 100% of my urgent care visits. Later, I get a bill over $270 because they are out of network and billing it as an office visit and not an urgent care visit. Sneaky and low life way of making money.

The Doctor and the two girls in the front were very welcoming and made you feel comfortable. Which is very important when it comes to first time patience:) Definitely recommend!!
