If I could give a zero, I would. I had the same doctor for over 30 years, and her father before her. Both excellent doctors. She moved on and I had to find a new doctor. I did not feel comfortable with 2 of the doctors I chose. I spoke to the manager because I was told I couldnu2019t switch. She was extremely rude! It turned into a screaming match & she accused me of being racist. She then sent me a letter stating I had 30 days to find a new physician. Probably the push I needed. I spoke to her director, who was kind and apologetic. Thatu2019s as far as it went. No reprimanding to my knowledge. I have never in my life been more hurt and offended! All I wanted was a doctor that cared about patients, not money

Went to see Dr omalri today. I was coughing extremely harsh like I always do when I have a sinus infection I kept pulling on my mask away from my mouth because i kept sucking the mask into my math(which I put on voluntarily) the nurse kept yelling at me don't take off my mask and when I said I have a hard time breathing with my mask on. She said it is probably in my head. Wow you don't know me. Well she left the rooms he must have told the dr that I was trying to take my mask off and he would not let me explain i was pulling the middle from my mouth. I left the office crying. Is this good patient care??

Patient care & concern is not a priority. Dr. Vardoulias will refuse to refill your perscription that you need if he hasn't seen you since he moved to this practice. If you ask how your supposed to get your perscription filled, you're essentially told that's not our problem. If you ask to speak to management, & they are supposed to call you; they don't care, it's not their health. I was supposed to get a call abour 6 days ago, still waiting for the call. Will be looking for a new doctor for our family. The lack of concern for patient health is disappointing & frustrating. They don't care!

Iu2019ve been a patient with this practice for over 40 years. I have seen a steady decline in all areas of this practice. My physician retired and Instead of assigning me the same physician as my husband, they assigned me a nurse practitioner. Iu2019m not in any way against a nurse practitioner but I have excellent, expensive insurance and Iu2019m a long time patient with serious medical issues. I feel like they have gotten too big for their britches. Too many patients and not enough doctors. On my first visit with the nurse practitioner, I was never examined. She sat behind her computer the entire visit, asked me some questions, and proceeded to write up three referrals to their specialists. Every one of them booking out a minimum of four months. I left there requesting a call back from the office manager. Itu2019s been days and no call back. My symptoms have affected my quality of life and Iu2019m supposed to wait and suffer for months. Unacceptable! I canu2019t help but feel unimportant, not listened to, and frankly like just another cow in a herd of cattle mentality system. They have become complacent and have lost their way. Extremely disappointed!

Was seeing my doctor at a different practice and first time I had to schedule here I spoke with Carolyn and Shelby I believe and they were straight up rude, unprofessional and unhelpful on the phone Was going to come here because my doctor came here but after that Iu2019d rather find another primary doctor.
