The waiting room and patient rooms at Urgentology Care are clean and neat. I I really like the online appointment booking and checking in online. It's so nice to get there and not have to wait a long time in the waiting room. The doctors, nurses, and staff have all been friendly and attentive. I will definitely use them again.

All of the staff were helpful and professional. They took extra steps to verify my insurance. The medical history was thorough and the concern real. This was my first time going to this Urgent care. I found it on google since I was looking to get tested for the flu. It was very easy to schedule The appointment and I received a text message right after to fill out paperwork and it was really easy to fill out when I got there for my appointment. I was easily checked in and I didnu2019t wait too much to checked by the nurse. They took my vitals and everything looked fine and after that he did the nose swab for the flu test and he did a very good job at hospitality and professional, after that the nurse came in and she was very professional and nice. They were able to explain my results and give me prescription medication for my symptoms and I got a note for work as well I was very happy with my visit and Iu2019m glad that I was able to find this location close to my job and close to my home as well and I appreciate the staff and nice.
