I visited this ER in early January, I was so reluctant to go due to bad experiences with ER visits. As a RN whou2019s incredibly observant- I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility, the staff, and the incredibly kind Doctor who saw me! The facility works as an Urgent Care/ER- with reasonable up front cost. It is so clean!! Thatu2019s a huge plus. The friendliness of the attending physician and staff was really exceptional and made the visit much easier. If I have another urgent care visit (or Er visit as was the case and I hope not to have any more lol) this is somewhere I would go!

Upon arrival there was no one in the waiting room.nI mentioned that I was wheezing and my nebulizer at home didnu2019t work and I was worried a asthma attack would ensue, and after filled out the paperwork I had to wait 8 minutes for the front desk clerk to come back.nWhen I was brought back to be seen the male nurse had poor bedside manners and proceeded to do the routine checks without explanation or even telling of whether the doctor would come or if I need to stay put.nAlso it was terrible to hear the doctor and male nurse speak about me when my exam room was directly across from their station and I could hear them discussing to each other about me.nnOverall, Iu2019m glad I went to make sure my asthma didnu2019t get worse but I would have appreciated better bedside manners, and to be taken seriously when I speak of worrying about an asthma attack ensuing.

I'm very pleased with this Emergency Care! Front desk was very friendly. The price was reasonable since I didn't have insurance. (I couldn't believe it was less to come here then to the minute clinic!) They immediately got me back and started running test. The nurses and Doctor were so nice and accommodating!! I received Excellent quality care!! I would deffinetly recommend Sumblime Emergency Care!!

My husband was in excruciating pain and the staff promptly brought him back and triaged him and got him some relief while getting to the bottom of the issue. I am happy they are fully equipped with CT scans, IV and all the necessary equipment so we wouldn't have to be transferred to a hospital. The staff are very friendly and experienced. Would definitely come again.

I came in on Tuesday night with painful kidney stones. At first when I walked in I ask the receptionist if this is a ER. She said yes. I looked around to my surprise I am the only person there. I asked her if the doctor knows how to take care of me ( of course I am disoriented because of the crushing pain I am having) she said yes and what he can't do he then will send you to where they c from n. I asked many more questions. She answered them all. I might of been an annoying patient but I was nauseous, blurred vision, weak. I filled out the paper as mu h as I could see. The point is... the kind nurse, cat scan guy, Dr. Pearsull are great. They took their time and are very patient. I was not patient, but they took care of me and got me in and out. Feeling happy that night. Now time to go see my urologist. But if I'm in crucial pain or anyone in my family, I will recommend...Sublime urgent care.nThank you for being polite, kind and understanding while I was frustrated with these kidney stones.
