I had a great experience with Dr. Sheena Eettickal today. She took a holistic and patient-centered approach, asking thoughtful questions and really listening to mine. I never felt rushed and she took her time to understand my concerns. Itu2019s rare to find a doctor with such a professionalism and a personal touch. Highly recommend!

Sign on building says theyu2019re open from 8am-4pm on weekends. Made a 9am appointment online, got all the confirmation texts and did the check in online, showed up and no one was there. I had to call the other location where they told me that due to staffing issues they were opening at noon instead. The man on the phone said that they would have blocked out the morning times on their website IF they knew no one would be coming in, which means that they basically have no idea whatu2019s going on at their offices. Do they not know ahead of time when their staff is available? Do they not have a plan if someone suddenly needs to call off? Could there not have been a paper sign on the door explaining the change in hours? Could they not reach out to patients and inform them of a scheduling change? I see that someone else had the exact same issue 3 months ago so this is an ongoing problem for them. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Thankfully there are much more well-run providers in the area who did not waste my time and energy.

My wife did a lot of research regarding urgent care options, which were grateful that we ultimately chose this place. Doctor was professional and overall great. I was nervous about my situation but doc was considerate towards the pain I had and made the process easy.

Dont expect a call back, they will put high priority and say 24 48 hours but more like 2-3 weeks with you having to call multiple times. Communication between call service and Providers is a joke! They really need to find a better way.

Found this place for DOT Medical paperwork. Did the online reservation and showed up 15 minutes later. Easy to find. I was helped within a minute of walking in. Filled out additional paperwork and saw the doctor. Very good service. Was out of there for the stated price. Thank you and I will see you again in 2 years.
