I am coming to Hanover Park location for a long time. It is such a great experience. From front desk to MA all staff are so supportive and helpful. Specially NP Sanjana Thakkar who is my provider, they understand my situations and treating me so well. There Lab staff is also very helpful. Thank you for the great service.

Would highly recommend you choose another clinic. Every single time itu2019s something different. If you make an appointment here get ready to waste your whole day because you will be waiting hours just to get into a room and even after that they will make you wait at least 30 mins to see the doctor. This particular time the receptionist didnu2019t put in the system that we were waiting for the doctor, so we were waiting for an entire hour. The appointment was at 2:30 we got to see the doctor at 3:40.nThe doctor, Raj Patel is rude, and doesnu2019t know how to talk to the elderly.

Awful experience here. First time patient, trying to establish a new PCP. Waited over an hour after scheduled appointment time to be taken back to exam room. There was no notice that the doctor was behind from any of the office staff. Waited an additional 20 minutes. Had to ask twice if doctor was going to see me. Office staff was unfriendly. Seemed more like a social club for them and the medical assistants. They were not focused on patient care at all. After this wait the doctor spoke with me for 5 minutes. Touched my abdomen and throat, listened to my heart and breathing and that was it. Ordered bloodwork and X-rays. After my tests were completed I was taken back to my exam room. Was made to sit there for another 10-15 minutes for nothing. They forgot about me. I had to step out to ask if there was anything else to be done. They said no printed a referral and sent me on my way. Was pressured to make a follow up to review results, why couldnu2019t this be done over the phone? Seems like they were looking to just bill me for another visit. Tried to compromise a telehealth visit. They made an appointment t but said they couldnu2019t guarantee Iu2019d actually be called at that time. So whatu2019s the point of an appointment? Reviewed my visit notes and noticed the doctor noted that certain examinations were done during my physical, that were not. With the negative patient experience and then the fraudulent visit notes. I called and canceled my follow up. Tried to ask them to change how they charged my insurance, so I could get a proper physical since they did not provide one. They told me no, I told them Iu2019d be contacting my insurance to report them for fraud and was told u201cyou go ahead and do thatu201d so that is what I will be doing.nI would stay far away. Iu2019m lucky to have people in my life who are educated about the healthcare and insurance systems and what type of care should have been received. I canu2019t imagine how many people they have scammed. This place functioned more like a wellness shopping mall promoting all sorts of elective procedures rather than a doctors office. Avoid if you can. If I could give zero stars I would.
