This was my go to store to drop off and ship packages but find myself not wanting to come here anymore. I had dropped my wallet in the parking lot and came back to the store to be told it was found in the parking lot by a UPS driver. Time between dropping off my package and realizing I had dropped it and come back was less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately all the cash I had in my wallet was missing - $350. The only answer I got was that it was found in the parking lot but to me why would the driver have returned my wallet and stolen the money (or anyone else in the parking lot), it wouldu2019ve been more logical to have just taken the whole wallet and no one wouldu2019ve known (the wallet is worth more than the cash that was taken). No way of truly knowing who stole the cash in my wallet but it just doesnu2019t sit right with me and I no longer feel comfortable coming here.

I have to provide a positive feedback/review for this 16107 Kensington Dr. Sugar Land , TX location.nnAt first I called, the staff Siddharth answered the phone and provided a detail information that I needed, then the next day I went to this location and asked for Siddharthu2019s help for the return item.nnHe told me that they will provide packing service - because I have to get a box for the return item anyway. It was an outstanding service that I received from this UPS location. No wait time and excellent customer service.Highly recommended.nnCompare with the other location at 3536 Highway 6, Sugar Land, TX 77479. I can tell the difference. I left a disappointed review for this 3536 Highway 6 Sugar Land, TX 77479 two months ago - because I was charged with u201c Signature Requiredu201d, but they didnu2019t provide the service that they charged!!! Thus I left a disappointed feed back!!!nThey just wrote back and indicated as miscommunication!!!nThere was no miscommunication- they just donu2019t listen carefully (Didnu2019t pay attention to the customer).nnThis is the reason I came to this Store #4794 INSTEADu00b7nnMy point is - still UPS service but how come one at 16107 Kensington Dr. can provide an excellent service. But the other one at 3536 Highway 6 Sugar Land didnu2019t care your document. They received a package from me on the 9th of October 2024 they was informed to return it to me I sent enough details Iv received nothing back or any kind of response about my package never see or heard of since probably stolen now or delivered to someone iv never heard of shame on them
