They are the benchmark for, well, for several categories. Check-in was at the door with a tablet for simple questions. (Please make the text bigger on that first button/text). Then the receptionist greeting me and gave me a short form on a clipboard, and it was short.nThe room to wait in is quite large and high ceiling, idea for comfort and big air volume for separation. It was very clean.nI was taken by staff and went through some tests, followed by a PA who listened, asked excellent and comprehensive questions, a few more tests and done. Comfortable exam room. My PA took the time to listen, follow up questions and checking. Before we left the exam room I was pinged by my pharmacy at Fred Meyer's that my prescription was already being processed. Before I left the building I was pinged and it was ready for pick-up. I don't know what my PA told them but it worked! Kudos to Fred's too.nProfessional, comfortable, comprehensive and caring.nWaiting time was a bit longer than I wanted but in this world, it was a small thing. I will go again.nThey have also sent me prescription info texts, and this survey link. Not feeling well? Go now. Be safe. Get ahead of the curve and thanks to Mat-Su Urgent Care staff.

Very good service! Was diagnosed with a sinus infection. The prescriptions were sent immediately to my pharmacy. Both the provider and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I scheduled my appointment online. The clinic was not busy when I arrived and I was in and out within 20 minutes.

Absolutely shameful how they treated my husband today. My husband is a disabled combat veteran, he went here today because he has dangerous blood pressure issues. He wasn't feeling right and thought it a good idea to get checked. Nope! Not only did they deny him care (apparently the VA has not reimbursed them from his previous visit) but they were anything but discreet. They were so loud about the payment issue that the other patients could hear everything. So much for HIPAA. They just completely embarrassed my husband. I work in healthcare, I know how important it is to treat people with respect and kindness. Unfortunately, the staff here doesn't.
