The doctor didn't seem to care about how much pain I live with. He spoke very fast like he wanted to spend the least amount of time possible with me. I didn't get a chance to say everything I wanted to say. I went there because my health is affecting my life in a bad way. I didn't get a chance to to explain all of my health problems. In short I was very disappointed in my first doctor with Summit. Not sure why he said this is going to be a annual wellness visit because I never asked for it. I just wanted my health problems addressed.

I took my husband to the emergency room at Summit Healthcare in Show Low. They acted quickly to assess his condition. All of the medical staff were professional and compassionate. He was later admitted to the hospital. The doctors and nurses were attentive and caring. We are grateful and appreciate their kindness.

I have been affiliated with this hospital since I was a child, back in 1952. I was excited recently that I have been able to transfer all my referrals out of area, having to travel to other specialists in other places (Flagstaff Prescott, Phoenix) back here. At my age, I don't want to have to travel out of area anymore. However, I heard /read something about 3 rural hospitals being closed. I pray to God it is not Summit.

I accompanied my Grandmother through the ER to being admitted into a room in the hospital. EVERYONE, ALL STAFF, from the people at the front, to the nurses upstairs. As we were being admitted into a very busy ER (which continued to get busy), they got us in and triaged in a very timely manner, and got my Grandma back to a room and comfortable, as quickly as possible, to after being admitted into a bed in the hospital was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Everyone was so kind and caring and patient with us. I was going to be staying overnight and when I had gone back to my Grandmau2019s house to get clothes for the night I came back to a bed made up for me for the evening!! I have been in a lot of hospitals myself and have accompanied many people and have NEVER been treated as well as I have at the stay here!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH EACH and EVERY ONE of you has been so incredibly AMAZING And EXTRAORDINARY!!! I will NEVER forget what you have done for me, my Grandma, and my family!! In this very difficult time you were all there for us and made it bearable!!! Keep up the EXTRAORDINARY work!!! YOU ALL MAKE SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN PEOPLEu2019S LIVES!!! If you didnu2019t know it before I hope you know it now!! ESPECIALLY FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!! THANK YOU ALL AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!

My mom and I got into a head on collision and the care was AWFUL. Got there at 3 ish, she had an open laceration that was bleeding pretty bad. They had her laying there for longer than 15 minutes with no pain meds, whole time it bled and she complained of nausea, dizziness, and her body going numb and fuzzy. Still, nothing was given. I complained of my head throbbing and hurting really bad (probably hit it on the dashboard) and was not given anything either. We were there for 5 hours, no pain meds and in excruciating pain. Finally, the discharge nurse (the sweetest one there) gave us Tylenol and ibuprofen pushing back our discharge so we were comfortable. Absolutely awful people except her, if I was dying of a gunshot wound I wouldn't bother going to summit.
