I had an MRI appointment for 6pm. On my way from Newark the rain caused increased traffic on route so I called and let them know Iu2019m running 10-15 mins behind. The technician, Ou2019Neil, called just after 6pm to check where I was and I told him my ETA. He said OK as long as I arrive before 6:15pm he will be able to do the MRI. I assured him Iu2019ll be there. I arrived 6:13 and the ladies at the front rushed me back to change for the MRI.nnShe returned to tell me the technician, Ou2019Neil, left out the back without as much as checking if I arrived or notifying them he was leaving. They were just as shocked as I was because he told them 6:15 cut off just as he told me.nnThis is very unprofessional. Terrible customer experience. The ladies at the front were able to reschedule me for the next day but now I have to take time away from work and also reschedule my appointment that was depending on the MRI scans. I saw that this location has 3 stars and it is people like Ou2019Neil why that is. You will never find me at this location again.

Bad experience today at The Cardiopulmonary Center, Bensley Pavillion, Berkeley Heights, NJ. My appointment was scheduled at 12:30pm today Saturday, November 23, 2024. I had address of 880 Mountain across the street. I reached on time and find error that EKG is across the street. Thus reached in front of the Cardiopulmonary Center, Bensley Pavillion around 12:35. Found that the door was locked, there was no response to knocking, apparently was nobody at the desk, lights seemed to be off. Nobody called me before shutting down. This is another example of excessive cost cutting trend by management and not motivating and paying staff to do anything more for patient. Learning experience, always enquire if you are the last customer, and if yes, donu2019t take appointment. For experience today Summit management for this location doesnu2019t deserve even 1 star!! ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e!!!

The worse customer service ever from almost every department! If I could give less than a 1 star I would! And they do not care because I emailed them at the WE CAREu201d email and no one ever responded! And when you call the Patient Relations Department, no one picks up! Absolutely disgusting service for a company that is in the medical field! Iu2019d get better service at Macdonaldu2019s!

This is a money hungry Company. Before a routine procedure I inquired with the staff several times if I owed money because I had new insurance. I was informed on several occasions that I was responsible for a copay. I then received a bill for almost $1,000.00. I called my insurance company and they contacted summit to let them know I was fighting the bill . They still proceeded to send me to a collections agency and I am now stuck with paying this bill.

You can get all medical services at one placennThere is no need to drive extra miles to get a medical exam done. They not only have the infrastructure but also the equipment and specialized professionals to take care of you.nnTheir staff is super polite and you get remainders of your apointments over your phone or email so there is no missing information.nnThe waiting time is also pretty reasonable. So having said this, I recommend this place for anyone who wants to get the best medical attention in the market.
