This is our second time here getting pre-ops for my mom. The entire staff here is great. The doctor is great!! As well as Myra!! Myra drew my mom's both times. It's difficult drawing my mom's blood and not only did Myra do it in one go. Her bed side manner is wonderful as well. Hers and the Dr.. Myra and the Dr. went above and beyond for my mom on both her visits. I've also seen a how they help their other patients and the staff here really tries to help everyone. Thank you all at Summit, you are really appreciated.

I wanted to congratulate Andy in the front office, the nice MA that took Moms vitals and Dr Suki for their bedside manners.nWe are traveling and my mom needed to see a doctor. The worst is to be sick on vacation but the staff at Summit got us in and out in less than an hour. Called the prescription and explained everything in detail did not let us out of the room until every single question my mom had was answered. Facility was clean. As a bonus the staff is bilingual. Thank you Summit Urgent Care.

Thank you for seeing me for cash when I was between insurance!!! This was a VERY informative experience. First, the wait time for urgent care at my HMO is a minimum of 3-4 hours. The wait time at Summit Urgent Care on the day I visited was 15 minutes! Second, my HMO kept giving me the right medication to treat an infection but at the wrong duration, so the infection kept coming back. Causing me not only suffering and pain, but immense frustration and time loss. I spent over a month trying to get proper care at my HMO with multiple appointments, a 5 hour urgent care visit, and so many phone calls - it was terrible. But then, I had one visit to Summit Urgent Care where I showed them all my test results and medication taken... and in less than 30 min, I had the right dosage and duration of medication to wipe out the recurring infection. WOW - Is getting good health care really this easy when I am not with my old HMO? Hands down, Summit Urgent Care was a breath of fresh air from what I have been experiencing at my old HMO for years! I think we are going to make a health insurance change because you guys showed me that my HMO is terrible! Also a few weeks later, you renewed my husbands prescription so he could make it until the new insurance started up the next month. You made it clear you would only renew these medications once and we get it - just need to make it one more month then we will have insurance again. Thanks for helping my family out when we were in a tight spot!

This place is amazing! I donu2019t even bother going else where now, unless necessary.nnMy dad was very sick a year ago with no sign of improvement. He was getting weaker and not eating. I called his primary and was told the had an appointment in 2 days. I told them his symptoms and how heu2019s only getting worse and they said the could squeeze in a phone call. I called Summit and the lady in the phone VERY quickly checked my dadu2019s insurance and said to bring him on in. My dad was weak and they allowed him to stay in his car until they were ready to bring him back. They collected all necessary information from him at the car. The provider that was there quickly determined he had pneumonia. They prescribed him with a steroid inhaler, a normal inhaler, and antibiotics. The very next day, there was improvement! And each day thereafter he was getting better.nnFor myself, Iu2019ve been here multiple times for my son and they were very quick. I just recently came here for a physical and respiratory fit test that most other places said they couldnu2019t do. If you can, come here!nnThank you to all summit care employees!
