Receptionist was very friendly and kept me informed of my status. Nurse practitioner who took blood pressure, etc. was not as friendly as would have preferred. Seemed stiff to me. Dr who came in and checked my wound and cleaned it was personable. Yet she said she would go get disinfectant and splint, left & never came back. All in all was a pleasant experience.

I walked in an hour before closing, with a pretty big cut on my hand. This was the best experience I had at an urgent care! Every one was amazing! The woman at the front was very helpful with the financial side. The nurse cleaned up my wound with care and the PA was amazing stitching up my hand! She even went as far as sending me on my way with a bag full of care items for my hand knowing i was leaving on a trip the following morning. Very caring staff ud83dudc4f

Hit hand to break a fall,over night finger swelled with ring. Tried ice,elevated, dental floss. Called Nextcare to see if they had ring cutter. Hallelujah it worked,much better.

My provider was fantastic (Suzanne Russell, PA)! She was quick but thorough and ensured I was prescribed everything I needed. Bedside manner was fantastic. Unfortunately, the check in process was lengthy despite having an appointment and providing all of my information upfront online, I had to provide insurance information a few times. My insurance company doesn't offer physical cards so I couldn't provide that information in advance and the questionnaire was missing some important information. Not a huge deal but I'm sure it delayed my visit by approximately 20 minutes. However the service and care of everyone at this facility is wonderful. This is definitely my favorite location.

I have never received faster, more compassionate, effective care from health professionals that have never met me in my entire life. I know that these questionnaires are meaningless, but the people here make the world better. Theyu2019re wonderful!
