Absolutely love Dr Bakus. She is caring very knowledgeable and balances the holistic and western medicine perfectly.nLove the aspect of walk in and primary care in one and she is so self sufficient she does blood work, X rays and EKG all in her office instead of going to 5 different places.nHer staff is also wonderful.

Dr. Barbara Bakus was thorough and kind. Sheu2019s very supportive and a down to earth doctor. I felt comfortable discussing my concerns. She genuinely cares! She was interested in more than my immediate issues, and very interested in my whole body including nutrition, activity and mental health.nDr. Bakus followed up when I wasnu2019t even expecting it. Going out of her way, she communicated with me on the weekend, early in the day and even after hours! I felt better knowing how much she cared. I received excellent care, and I highly recommend her.

My family originally chose this clinic due to its strong reviews and positive reputation. In the beginning, the care reflected that. However, over the past year, the clinic has become increasingly overbooked, and the quality of care has unfortunately declined.nnRoutine prescription appointments now require months of advance scheduling. Even with an appointment, wait times regularly exceed an hour, and once seen, visits are often limited to just a few minutesu2014regardless of whether you're a long-standing, stable patient. It feels rushed and transactional.nnAdditionally, I noticed something troubling about the clinicu2019s online review system: when selecting a rating of 1 to 3 stars, you are not redirected to leave a public Google review. However, selecting 4 or 5 stars directs you straight to Google. As a software developer, I can confirm this appears to be an intentional design decision, not a technical issue, and it raises concerns about transparency.nnThe staff remains kind and professional, and I believe they are doing their best within a strained system. Still, the overall experience has changed dramatically, and not for the better.
