I've waited in the waiting room for over an hour with intense migraines.No smiles at the front desk - not welcoming what so ever. Not being advised of the long wait. They can give their patients a heads up so we know what to expect. Won't be coming back here again.I asked the lady how much longer after waiting over an hour at this point and received very poor customer service. Her feedback was, they have your chart,so soon . (Glasses with brown long hair).

Great urgent care spot in Trinity. Quick, convenient, and knowledgeable. I like how they have all of their pricing information posted. They also don't store a hard copy of your credit card information like some other places. I definitely recommend this location.

This Urgent Care facility is located in Trinity. It is a clean property with a super nice and organized staff. There is only one entrance, on the side of the building that faces the street, Duck Slough. This causes confusion to those who park within the shopping center area on the west side of the Urgent Care building.

Urgent care staff is lovely from Anny and Danielle to the clinical staff. JP was able to help my mother on the paperwork she didn't understand. Unfortunately while I was there the front desk had to deal with a rude client who was mad that they had to wait to be taken back after handing in their paperwork and decided to berate the front desk ladies. I will continue to go to this urgent care and trust them with my whole family's care. It is unfortunate in these times these individuals have to deal with rude clients with all they have done, but i encourage you to go see the friendly staff at this location yourself.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I donu2019t know why this office would state they are open until 9pm when they stop seeing patients well before then. I drove 20 minutes with a sick kid because they were the only urgent care u2018openu2019 just to be turned away. Despite arriving BEFORE 8:30, the girl at the front desk stated that they stop registering patients at 8:30 and couldnu2019t see my daughter. I would understand if they were slammed and had to turn people away in order to close by 9, but the office was completely empty! It was clear they just wanted to be done for the day. She was short with me and lacked any sort of empathy for my sick child. She suggested I take her to the ER if I was concerned. GREAT patient care- thanks so much!Donu2019t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other urgent cares in the area that actually care.
