Dr. Bergman was great but supporting team is terrible. Billed my insurance wrong and tried to stick me with big bill, if I didnu2019t know any better I would have just paid it. Took me multiple attempts and hours on the phone to get this fixed. Nobody seemed to know/care to help. Lack of checks and balances and attention to detail by the team. Not even an apology. There are plenty of good places out there, avoid this group.

Iu2019ve been coming here for 10 years, and for at least the last 3, Iu2019ve repeatedly asked to have my phone number and address updatedu2014yet every time I return, itu2019s still wrong. Yesterday, I was denied care over a bill sent to an address I havenu2019t lived at in years, despite never having an outstanding balance before. When I brought this up, the woman in billing acted like I was lying, claiming the new owner would have sent the mail back if I didnu2019t live there anymore as if I have any control over that. Iu2019ve always appreciated the care Iu2019ve received here, but the front staff is unprofessional and uncaring.

I love Dr. Roux -- she makes me feel heard, addresses my concerns, and is always friendly. Definitely the best PCP I've ever had! As a current patient, any time I've called to make an appointment they've gotten me in within a week and I rarely have a long wait once I'm in the office. Her current nurse is nice and responds quickly if you leave a voicemail for them. I've also used the urgent care here for things like RSV, sinus infections, and mastitis. I do think it's designed to be more of same-day sick clinic (this is not an ER), and it's awesome for those purposes.

Receptionists were average and helpful. But Dr Coyle is so nice. She immediately got into diagnosis with me for my joint condition and explained what we'd need to do to get a diagnosis. She wasn't condescending at all when I didn't have a straight answer for her and she fully supports bodily autonomy. As a young female who doesn't want kids, it's such a relief to have a doctor who listens to you.
