Got right in for walk in care for my daughter on a Sat, was given script for antibiotics. Missed a call from the nurse 2days later, have been trying for 30min to reach the walk in nurse staff, keep getting transferred all over the place even though im using the # she left for me to call. Ended up being transferred to Yorkville somehow where lady took pity on me and sent an internal message for them to call me back. Super frustrating phone system but good service on Sat, just dont miss their call!

Came in complaining of strep and/or sinus infection concerns. Was told I look fine and if I really wanted to they could run strep. When initial came back negative I asked to send out the culture (that has come back positive before). Very brushed off, told a cold canu2019t be treated, itu2019s all fine and good. Turns out I was covid+. Took a home test that night knowing I was feeling more sick than just a cold. Hope no one else got sick from me

UPDATE (June 2024): In addition to my 4 phone calls, my employer also called twice for this group to correct their billing error and stop harassing me for bills I don't owe. I continue to receive the bills. I even contacted the customer svc email suggested by the facility owner below and got no response. They are totally incompetent and don't care about patients at all.nnREVIEW (May 2024):nEdward-Elmhurst/Endeavor needs to stop working with Naperville Radiologists which is making repeated billing errors -- not only for me but many others (see reviews for Naperville Radiologists), and dumping huge bills in my inbox despite repeated phone calls asking them to correct the error they made when submitting the claims. I had 3 imaging tests done at this location, and they billed all 3 under the wrong name. The insurance denied the claims since they did not use my correct name, and they keep billing me for the full amounts. I called 4x and emailed 2x, and they keep saying they will resubmit the claim but I continue to get bills - they are emailing and texting me nonstop with huge bills - which is very stressful. Billing dept is totally incompetent and doesn't give a hoot about how they are stressing out patients with their incompetence.

Went to this location for 3 simple x-rays of my index finger which literally took 3 minutes to do. . Billed my insurance $576!!! Iu2019m on the hook for $187.00.nThen on top of it, the radiologist missed my avulsion injury which was caught by another doctor. Wonder what the radiology practice will charge me for this mistake?? Wish I would have gone somewhere else.

It was easy to schedule a walk-in clinic appointment via mobile. Check-in online via the MyChart app saved time and made the location check-in quick. Facility (lobby, waiting area, exam room) is clean and inviting. Great service from the nurse and APN who served me. I highly recommend.
