With a badly infected finger nail I headed to Urgent Care. I filled out the required paperwork and waited to be treated, there were 7 others ahead of me. After about 90 minutes I made it into the office and met with Dallas. He drained the infection painlessly which is remarkable since I could barely touch the finger or even type on my keyboard. He prescribed the necessary antibiotics and explained everything to my satisfaction. Great bedside manner and a wonderful experience.

This is the second time I have gone to this urgent care told them the exact issue, , paid and checked in, when they told me they couldnu2019t help me. The medical professional never even checked me over . They were more than happy to keep my money for the 10 minutes I was there. Never again.

Always a good experience except this time unfortunately I felt like the reception could have been a bit more considerate. My wife forgot her ID and I came over with mine which is our fault but we did have a save your spot which apparently didn't do anything for us. When questioned the front, she simply said you didn't have your ID so others are in front of you. I saw walkins being prioritize, registered and seen before we got our turn. After 2 hours I asked and we were still at the bottom of the list. Almost felt like she did that on purpose. Which I hope it wasn't ud83eudd1e 10 year old kid with possible broken elbow. Thank God it wasn't and we left home after 3hours. Didn't want to create a scene but I was holding back. Hope I don't face the same in the future and hoping the reception would be a bit more friendly.

The most well run Urgent Care Center Iu2019ve ever been in, front desk staff was very efficient & caring.My technician was absolutely a doll, very pleasant plus she has the best , sweetest caring attitude.Dr Bucprov, walks in completes the whole caring team. Incredible, Ended up with bronchitis.Sent me home with everything I could possibly need.

Iu2019ve had a cough for about three weeks not enough to keep me awake at night. I just wanted to confirm it wasnu2019t anything serious like pneumonia. It is not. took one hour total. Dr. made excellent recommendations regarding at home treatment . I am using them.The front staff was excellent, very polite and professional. Everything seems very orderly.
