My few experiences with prestige urgent care over the last couple years, including my recent visit in May 2025, have been extremely pleasant. The staff are all incredible, nice and friendly, and very competent. They care about whatu2019s going on and take the time with you to explain the options and the possible courses of treatment. Iu2019ve never felt rushed or that they didnu2019t have time for me. They always answer all my questions, no matter how many I have. This is not the same experience with other urgent cares in Redding Iu2019ve been to. Iu2019m grateful that we have a place like prestige here. Worth the cost.

I had to come here while traveling from CO. This was the most efficient and low cost Urgent Care visit Iu2019ve ever had. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Staff was kind. A flu test, chest x ray, and non member visit cost me 200 (which is unheard of where Iu2019m from). They had already sent my prescription by the time I got to Walgreens. What I thought was going to be such a hassle was super easy.nnWould highly recommend.

The Doctor on shift that day truly listened to me and addressed my rotator cuff issues, as well as respecting my wishes as to where to have the steroid injections to be placed at. The previous time I went to the clinic, the doctor on shift did not listen to me or respect my wishes or addressed my concerns.
