The facility is inside the Trader Joe's/ Crunch mall with a parking entrance on Laurel Place.nThere is an abundance of parking, many places do validate. But if you stay over the 90-minute validation it becomes pricey every 15 minutes.nnExer has to be the nicest walk in facility I've ever been in. It is contemporary stylish & immaculate.nThey offer a variety of services.nWait time was reasonable. Everyone I interacted with was kind & attentive.nDr Sobh, who was the attending today, is kind & thorough.nnNo one likes Dr visits but this was as good as it gets.nnAfter reading some of the other reviews, I imagine your experience depends on the attending doctor. I have zero complaints as my review would indicate.

I had a horrible experience at this urgent care. I went in with severe sinus and ear pain, but the provider, Adam Joseph Aisner, NP, completely dismissed my symptoms and barely examined me. He ignored my concerns, made condescending remarks when I asked for a more thorough check, and refused to consider alternative treatments when I told him I couldnu2019t take Sudafed.nnWhen I asked to see another provider, he became hostile and aggressive, yelling at me to leave his office. Even though I was already walking out, he ordered security to escort me out. When I simply asked the front desk for his name, he started yelling again and told them to call securityu2014then called himself.nnI am a 110 lb, sick, and weak female who just wanted medical care, not to be humiliated and thrown out. I have never experienced anything like this in a medical setting before. Healthcare professionals are supposed to treat patients with care and respect, not belittle and mistreat them.nnI left feeling disrespected, unheard, and still in pain. If youu2019re looking for a place that actually cares about its patients, I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

I had the worst experience at this urgent care. The staff seemed untrained, and it was obvious they were not real doctors. They didnu2019t take my concerns seriously at all and rushed me out like I didnu2019t matter. It felt completely unprofessional, and I left feeling like my health wasnu2019t prioritized. This place seems more like a money-making scam than a genuine healthcare provider. I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone who values proper medical attention and care.

Love how easy and fast it is to see a doctor. I live in NYC and it's an entirely different experience. This place was clean, friendly and Dr Reaves was phenomenal. Wish he was my PCP! I understand Urgent Cares are a mixed bag -- I've been here twice and was taken care of well both times.

This urgent care will accept your insurance, tell you itu2019s covered, and then charge you an exorbitant fee later.nnI had a decent enough experience with the front desk when I broke my wrist- or so I thought. I was told my insurance would cover everything, yet months after my initial visit I was hit with a bill for almost $500 for an x-ray. After being told that my insurance pays for everything, I found out I they lied to me.nnThe doctor I saw that that day was flustered and impatient, and was annoyed that I didnu2019t have a primary care doctor for a referral. Sorry that Iu2019m a poor person working for minimum wage, at least I could afford health insurance.nnIf your insurance accepts a better urgent care, like in DTLA, go there. This place is dishonest through and through. I know this review will do nothing but donu2019t give them your money.
