Horrible made an appointment to come in at 8 am and then drove all the way to get check to find out they can't help me .Fact that she was putting the sign up while opening the doors since the door where not even open at 8 am.They could have called or something for people that have appointments.Worst as this was my first time coming.Would give no stars if I could. Lady at desk wasn't helpful said had to go to Gainesville to get checked. Also said they won't have x-rays all weekend so couldn't even schedule for next day.Asked if she can schedule one up there so can drive up no she couldn't.

The nurse there was very efficient and professional. .even though they were extremely short staffed she handled it with grace. They are lucky to have her. She deserves a raise.

The experience on Saturday, January 25th, 2025, at 1:47 PM, was highly unprofessional and misleading. After inquiring about sports physicals and appointment necessity, we were informed that walk-ins were accepted for a $50 fee. However, upon arrival at 2:10 PM, we were instructed to return at 7:00 PM. This demonstrates a significant lack of operational integrity and is a considerable waste of time and resources.

Went to have my neck pain checked out after vomiting a week prior while on a hike. The receptionist was lovely, as well as the nurse who took my vitals. The doctor, on the other hand, was disrespectful and incompetent.I explained that I experienced heat illness while hiking on vacation and subsequently vomited with excessive force, and the doctor asked How do you know it was heat illness?. I was baffled. Not everyone works in an office, and every person who works outdoors is required to have heat illness training. It's basic common sense that overheating leads to vomiting. After he finally wrapped his head around why I was there, he glossed over the neck pain and started chastising me about my high blood pressure (my top number was elevated, my bottom number was normal). I explained that I have a family history of high blood pressure, that I am diagnosed with thyroid disease and PCOS, and that I also just came home from a 12 hour drive down the coast. A competent doctor would know that both of my diagnoses can increase the risk of cardiovascular problems, including hypertension, and that driving long distance is stressful on the body.I asked out of genuine curiosity what I could add to my diet to help manage my blood pressure given my family history, and the doctor's exact words were Oh, it's not about what you can add, it's what you need to remove. He then told me to stop eating sweets, and looked to my sister, who accompanied me, in disbelief when I told him I don't eat sweets. He also told me to completely eliminate salt from my diet, which a competent doctor would know that sodium is an essential electrolyte for the body.He did not ask about my diet, and assumed I was unhealthy because of my weight. It was the most disgusting display of behavior I have ever witnessed from a medical professional, and I have been fat my entire life. Furthermore, I came to be seen for my neck pain, which was completely unrelated to my weight. He finally checked my throat and ears, then felt my neck muscles briefly, and told me he would be prescribing a muscle relaxant without telling me the name of the medication or how it works. If my issue is muscle strain, I do not need a muscle relaxant! Rest and gentle stretching does just fine for muscle pain, and I was only there to rule out any other potential injuries as the pain persisted for more than a week.I do not have insurance, so I paid $199 up-front for a 15 minute lecture on how I'm fat and unhealthy, when I can guarantee I do more physical activity than a doctor who spends more time under artificial lighting than the sun. So if you would like to have your reason for visiting treated professionally, I would stay far away from Carespot. You would find more empathy and professionalism in a 19th century sanitarium.
