I have never experienced such frustration, cancellations, or lack of empathy at any other clinic in my entire life. Several times the doctor would cancel our appointment days before and could not reschedule for months later. One time, while dealing with horrifying arthritis pain- limping and clearly in pain, They came to get me from the waiting room and just waited there for me to limp over no one ever offered a wheelchair any help whatsoever and then also refuse to offer any sort of thoughtful pain management Beyond acetaminophen. I called and explained that I desperately needed help to manage pain and their response was u201c are you still on oxycodon?u201d Because they saw i had been prescribed 5****** (yes only 5) tylenol-3 u2026.2 months prior. Ultimately, after many er visits with no results, provided documentation and was seen by my pcp in person u2014they offered zero empathy - no meds- and nothing but a suggestion to go check myself in to umc emergency for the 6th time in less than 2 months because they had nothing to offer. So, instead of providing any remote sense of care concern or urgencyu2014 all they could recommend was another stressful time consuming er visitu2026 um literally ANYONE would recommend a sick person goes to the eru2014- this was the pathetic useless extent of any service they were willing to provide.After i explained that i had been admitted 5 different times in 1.5 monthsu2014 they basically recommended i return to the er and when my appointment at brees was over - while still in excruciating pain tears pouring down face unable to walk normallyu2026dr dunbar told me to have a nice day and walked out. i had to just limp in pain to my car.. never occurred to one staff member i might need a wheelchair or assistance and as i was leaving i couldnt help but wonder why i had wasted my time at this clinic where the staff seems predominantly unconcerned, cynical, and bored. I highly recommend going anywhere else. The lobby is always empty- yet you always have to wait. So much frustration, time lost, and little results. Ive had 100x better care at charity clinics who are much less equipped and have never once had to contend with so many cancellations or insulting and seemingly unrelated questions about my health. I will not return. You would have the same results as going to wait in a portapotty for 2 hours. Avoid!!!!!

I have set up general care appointments with two different doctors at this facility within 6 months and both have cancelled. Lori a couple of days ahead and dunbar a week ahead. Totally unprofessional and frustrating for someone trying to establish care.

Waited almost 2 months for my appointment with Dr. Lorie, I live 30 min from this location! I took a vacation day so i could make this appointment for 8:20 a.m. I arrived and checked inu2026 and behold the young lady at the front desk said Dr. Lori didnu2019t come in today!! Not to mention I was sent a check in txt 2 days prior my appointment!! ud83eudd2c NO EMAIL NO TXT NO CALL!! Had me waste my time for NOTHING!! Ruined my day

Waited over two hours to see Dr. Mariah Dunbar. She never came into the exam room. She ignored my previous calls about a medication. I left four messages for her and never heard from her. Never coming back here again. With a dr. like her I would do better seeing a puppy!! I would never recommend her to anyone. I am very unhappy with this center!!!!!

Overall the doctors are great, front office staff are good, back office not so much, and lab is horrible! They told me to come back for 1:00 because the lab tech was on lunch so I came back at 1:05, and she finally came out asking who needed labs in the lobby and asked us all our names and said oh ok yu2019all can come on back now at 1:49! You gotta do better!
