I was seeing Dr B when he was in wixom and when he moved to AMD. He's been my doctor for 9 years or more he had me on a benzo and Suboxone the hole time then Dec 2024. So the new year comes I have to find a new doctor because they never gave me a reason but got me hooked on the shit and no other doctor will prescribe the 2 at the same time. Thanks Dr B very much appreciated how much you messed me up ud83dudc4c don't go here.

Treated well when I went in with gall stones. I was visiting from out of town and was told to go to AMD However I was told they couldnt help with pain meds because of license issues. I went to Hurley and was treated immediately and wonderfully. There should not be a provider working that can't help.

I was seeing Dr Brummeler who was a good physician however the owners of AMD are running a pretty unethical practice here. I was prescribed a medication from Dr Brummeler for years, since before he came to work at AMD. Iu2019d see him once a month for the last few years despite the fact that I had to drive an hour one way just to get there. Last month, they told me he was waiting on his Blue Cross credentials so they could take my insurance. He asked me to call them when I seen him last to vouch him as my physician. I did, but the person I spoke with was Indian so there was a language barrier. Last month, Dr Brummeler called my prescriptions in because I couldnu2019t been seen while he was waiting on Blue Cross approval. Well I was due for my refills last week, I sent an email in like I had in the past, never heard from them. Called them yesterday to let them know I needed the medication refill and the front end desk called me to let me know he wonu2019t be seeing me any patients because of the Blue Cross situation.. I would think that would be most of his patients. Also, I canu2019t pay cash for an appointment to get me by until I find a new doctor. I donu2019t know maybe they were trying to downsize their patients but they couldu2019ve let me know in advance so I could find a new doctor but they didnu2019t care. This explains why 6 months ago, I suddenly had a $350 bill I had to pay just to be seen (they didnu2019t bill my insurance properly or something) but they made sure they got paid before they cut me off as a patient. There could be medical problems with just discontinuing this medication abruptly like this and all they said was for me to go to hospital. This is the problem with healthcare in America. This is not an okay way for a practice to treat their patients and I will be reaching out to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulation Affairs, specifically the Bureau of Professional Licensing about my concerns as Iu2019m sure theyu2019d take interest in hearing about this.

This is the best Urgent Care I have visited. The doctor genuinely cares about individuals health and wellbeing! He was very polite and patient and I would trust him with my whole family!! This will be my go to place now!! Glad I have a place close to home that I can trust.

My son broke his wrist and they were able to X-ray and soft cast it until we could see an ortho. The doctors and nurses were all so kind and helpful!! I will drive the extra 20 minutes to come here if my family needs an urgent care again.
