My appointment was amazing! Sweetwater Medical center is exactly what you want to experience in a medical visit. I've seen both practitioners and they are both amazing! They took time to hear my concerns and was super helpful, I did not feel rushed or unheard. They listened intently and was able to help me. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a personal connection with their doctor (at other offices you often just feel like another number -not here - you will feel seen, heard, and understood)

Amy is the sweetest! I really appreciate her. She is kind and has great sympathy. The staff at Sweetwater has always been very helpful. Many of them wear more than complaint is sometimes I have to follow up with them on things that might have not been completed in the timeline told to me, but I follow through with my health and don't mind calling to check in.

Always greeted with a smile. Very seldom if ever do I have to wait long to see Dr. Jon always treats us with respect and kindness. He listens to what our issues are and addresses them quickly. The girls in the office are always kind and willing to help with what ever they can. The office is a very family friendly and respectful no matter your age.
