I came here a few weeks ago with some itchiness with my girlfriend. They got us in same day which was really nice. Reception was great.nnThen our doctor comes in. Candis Butler. Just wearing a sweatshirt and nothing professional looking at all. We tell her our symptoms and she takes one glance at my hair and proceeds to say oh it's lice.nnI explain I've had lice before and it doesn't feel like lice. We also have itching all over our body. Not just our heads. She still rode it off and said lice is what it is. So my gf and I treated ourselves that night. Saw no lice at all. Not one egg, not one moving bug. Wasted time wasted money.nnTheir phone line was down too so I couldn't even call them with my concerns. I didn't want to go back and my girlfriend and myself opted to go to another urgent care to actually get treatment for scabies.nnThen I get a bill for well over $500 for this visit. Which i apparently owe around half of that after my insurance pay out. Naturally, I feel anyone would be pretty upset. I call the billing department in the hopes that they will work with me at least a little.nnThey did not. Nothing. Despite being misdiagnosed they still expect me to pay this money. Absolutely insane.

Omg from the moment I walked into my door I was treated with kindness and concern. They asked questions yet got answers as quick as they seemed to ask them. Not only did they address my physical condition and take care of those issues. They point me to a correct direction for a pcp.nWonderful. Staff were wonderful and warm with my sick pre-teen and talked with her at some length about her care plan. The doctor was patient and answered all of my child's questions, making sure she was comfortable with all information regarding her diagnoses before discharge. Highly recommend this urgent care!
