Dr. Ticher was once a nice doctor with a long wait time. With an average wait time of about 2 u00bd to 3 hour wait time. At one point he was actually worth the wait. Now he's just an old rude grumpy doctor with an extremely long wait time, and now he's not worth the wait. Save yourself The time and effort and go somewhere else. Dr Fanous is also a jerk, who when I tried to switch to him, because the wait to see doctor titcher was too long.He denied me and told me to go back to doctor titcher. I have been going to this clinic for around 15 years, and this is how they treat me. So patient beware! You have been warned!

Dr. Mikhael is nice. The staff won't be understanding of your reaction when they seemingly drop the ball over and over again. They provided me with a referral to a place that takes my insurance. After a 4 day wait I called them again only to hear that they in fact do not take my insurance. At 9:43I called Dr. Mikhales office again to ask them about this referral and they assured me that after a a couple of patients they'd ask him about it and get back to me.I called back around 4 PM to ask them how it was going and they told me to look in the back of my insurance card(this information would've been nice the first time around). So at this point i see a problem with protocol and structures so I asked to talk to their supervisor to let them know what the problem was so protocols are added or changed to prevent this from happening. I'm already(understandably I think) upset so she starts telling me that i needed to calm down so i said agreed. After I explained everything to her she puts me on hold to talk to the girls(her words) and tells me to look at the back of my card. i cut her off and asked her if she was still trying to solve my problem she said yes so i told her i got the answer to my problem, now i'm letting you know where you dropped the ball and a possible solution for your problem and since i raised my voice again she told me to call her back when I was more calm. Will be switching providers.

Terrible doctors, and staff. I've been here for decades, and just because they aren't making enough money from me, they kicked me to the curb. What I've noticed through out the years is less younger patients, and more older ones. Apparently the quick easy money for them are older patients. All the doctors in this clinic are nothing but narcissistic, and foul mouthed. Especially Drs. Titcher and Fanous. Those two have the huge God complex.One of the nurses a month ago did confirm to me they are thinning certain patients for reasons. Yeah thinning your under 40yr old patients since they aren't senile enough to notice you're giving them unnecessary things in order to rack in the big bucks.This was a blessing in disguise is what I think. Now I won't have to deal with their bullsh!t anymore. They are also in the wrong for not informing me, not sending me to a new primary, and throwing me too the curb without reason. I hope the State Of California Medical Board looks into this.

Sylmar Medical Center is very professional and very clean they care about your health and safety I had a young lady name Maritza Ruiz who assisted me to make sure I was taking care of and my safety was first for them . She did an awesome job on my teeth

This place is located just minutes from my house. Plenty of parking a available. I see a specialist here they also do phone visits that what I ended up doing. Because of covid and to give you that extra precaution.
