My son and I went here for his ear pain. First, they kept on misgendering my son, and then didn't know how to spell one of his common medications. When the doctor came in they didn't check his glands and said both ears looked the same so they weren't infected. They told me I should use an over-the-counter decongestant despite him having no congestion. A day later I had to take him to an urgent care again due to the pain and it turned out he had swimmers ear in both ears and an ear infection in the one that was hurting. Can not recommend going here.

I will not be going here again. First I was sent home while extremely sick with an upper respiratory infection with no antibiotics. I called the next day asking for them as I was feeling miserable and they told me I had to have it for 5 days before they would do that. Just called on my 5th day and was told I'd need to come in again or go to the ER. No wonder everyone hates Trinity. You let patients suffer instead of helping them. Anyone else feel that their care wasn't taken seriously and that your treatment was inhumane?

My daughter was shamed and told her symptoms were anxiety and not knowing how to take deep breaths. Unprofessional, incompetent, and rude! My daughter was totally dismissed! Went to Holland Hospital Urgent Care and had a completely different experience and sure enough she had an infection, which required treatment.

I went into this location as it close to home,my pharmacy etc. It was 11/23/24 took a urine sample. Was put on antibiotics for a UTI and told specimen would be sent to hospital lab for more testing. Monday my doctor had no mention that I'd even been to this urgent care. So I call this urgent care and they give me some stories about they didn't know why my PCP couldn't see I'd been there etc? Ashley at this urgent care calls me back at 5-6pm and basically says they (urgent care) nor hospital knows what, how,why but my urine sample never made it there? Never got processed at the hospital lab etc?? So basically just keep taking my antibiotics and if my PCP wants I can have another urine sample done?? I'd avoid this place and go elsewhere if possible!! It wasn't busy or overwhelmed nothing just pure poor service, neglectful services and more.

When I went into urgent care (on Thursday), the nurse practitioner said u201cyouu2019re going to have to tell them youu2019re limited.u201d Pretty much refusing to write me a note. They splinted it, didnu2019t reset it, and sent me on my way. They told me a doctor would call me and set up an appointment. Today I called back, asking for a doctors note. I work during the weekend in manufacturing 12hrs a day. So itu2019s very hard to work with a broken hand. The woman on the other end had my information pulled up, said she would call me back, and then never did. I waited hours until urgent care closed, and went to the er. Iu2019ve had plenty of people say urgent care should have and could give me a note. Even the ER nurses and doctor were confused why I was treated like that. So why not? My hand is broken.. People get notes for colds. I just feel like urgent care was such a waist of time. If I knew they were going be like that I would have gone to the er instead. I now have an er bill plus the $250 copay. Just to get a doctors note excusing me from work this weekend. I had to use my personal time just to go to the er and get a note, which should have already been provided. Itu2019s just disappointing, I feel like it wasnu2019t handled professionally by the urgent care nurse.
