I went one time in person and would never go back. I had a question with my billing and I left the Scottsdale office manager, Valerie 5 voicemails over the period of a month and 3 voicemails to their billing department. No one called me back until I showed up in person around 10:30 am and surprisingly the office manager was not in yet. They charged me $135 to have my labs done and an in person visit- which was fine. What was not fine was me getting charged $75 for a 13 minute phone call I had to review my labs. They have HORRIBLE patient communications. Valerie finally got back to me today and after a five minute and thirty-five second call she told me everything has been addressed and we are done when in fact I had more questions. Valerie was incredibly sharp and rude once I started asking questions. Valerie is a poor reflection on their business. She told me that due to previous existing health conditions aka hypothyroidism and having some stomach pain that I will ALWAYS be charged as complex med level 3 even though the 13 min phone call had nothing to do with that. I wish I had never gone here and I would encourage others to search elsewhere for healthcare.

So many awful experiences here from trying to book an appointment and having them cancel on me multiple times to me getting billed for phone calls I never asked for. Theyu2019ve made it very clear they only care about money. This is not a patient centered practice.

Dr. Jain is very knowledgeable, listens to all of my health concerns will providing excellent care. He is not the usual type of doctor to over prescribe medication. He looks for alternative wellness that will fit my lifestyle. Highly recommended for holistic health. The front desk staff is very helpful as well!

Really needed to get into a doctor, made an online appointment a week prior and last minute they canceled because they mis-scheduled. Ya! Sure! Iu2019ll wait another week with my ailment. Who cares, right?!
