Wish I had read the reviews before ever stepping foot in that place. They deserve no stars.Run in the opposite direction. They do not care about patients. Dr Campos staff refused to reschedule an appointment they u201cforgotu201d to cancel after was already there. Front staff is indeed horrible. Donu2019t know if they actually relay any messages to anyone. Since October 2024 weu2019ve tried getting another appointment or even speaking to the so called administrator. They wonu2019t even let you see another Dr. They want you to just go home and die. Get as far from this place as fast as you can. You definitely deserve better. It means going outside of town because they monopolize the area, however it will be worth it. You will get the care and understanding everyone should receive. These people offer no hope, no help, just death.

I'm pretty fair when it comes to forming my own opinions, so aside from the red flag that the reviews here are, this was the location my doctor referred me to. You know how the facility is supposed to call you to schedule your consultation? Never happened. I waited 2 weeks before finally calling them myself to schedule it last month. I got several calls to confirm my appointment, like 4. The intake forms sent to me were sent to an old email although the new email was provided verbally and even verrified. Still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward a month later, my appointment today. It was at 3pm; I arrived at 2:45 pm as directed to do, literally 2 days ago via voicemail AND again when I called them back. Once I arrived, the front desk associate, who was very kind, told me oh, they were supposed to call you and reschedule. Your Dr. Is out. So, I replied with I need to be seen today by someone else please as it's hard for me to get time off of work and I scheduled this a month ago. After speaking with someone in the back, she expressed that they are all booked up and cannot see me. For a consultation... to be given something to take home... my experience is on par with 95% of the other reviews. I'm annoyed, but I'm more sad that steadily, our Healthcare system is just deteriorating. How we treat patients.. how we treat just OTHER HUMAN BEINGS. Just for a second, think about how our actions affect others. Even a courtesy call would've been better than wasting my gas, using my time at work, and wasting my energy. The young lady at the front was kind, but the system is broken. With each negative experience with the health care system, which outweighs the positive experiences, unfortunately, the more and more I lose faith in the system. I keep expecting to be proven wrong, yet.. here we are.

I met with cheerful intake staff today. The wait was a tad long, but Dr. Stachura and Brandi made the visit exceptional. They took their time to explain everything in layman's terms. I have to say it's been a long time since a doctor took time with me. Most impressive with a great personality and attitude to boot.

Canu2019t even schedule appointments correctly. Iu2019ve worked in the medical field long enough to know that notes are supposed to be made in charts and when someone says u2018rescheduleu2019 that means the same exact appointment but a different day/time! Will not keep scheduling after i get a diagnosis.

I Cannot believe all these negative reviews that you may be seeing on here. This is nothing like that. The staff are so pleasant (not rude) The Doctors are very nice and pleasant and the wait time is NOT long i even came in a whole hour ahead of schedule and they STILL saw me very quick take from me don't let those other negative reviews sway you this place the best. (at least is was for me)
