TLDR: Don't waste your time to call for an OB/GYN appointment because it's impossible to set up.nnI called to schedule an OB/GYN appointment here because they wouldn't let me do it online. I spent 16 minutes on the phone for them to tell me that their SEPARATE OB/GYN group (?) has to CALL me to set up the appointment, which who knows when they'll call me and IF I'll be available. If I said they can't reach me, then I have to call this office again and re-wait for them to call me. If it doesn't make sense you aren't alone.nnThe women's health at Mt Sinai is atrocious if I have to go through 3 hoops of calls to schedule an appointment. Seek your care elsewhere.
