My father is dealing with liver cancer. I got the referral with Eduardo Rodriguez Zarate MD at tgmg tampa, and all that they say is the doctor don't have time to review your case. Call me tomorrow, it's almost 3 weeks, and these irresponsible clinicians and managers keep asking for one more day just to review the ultrasound . Please don't use these horrible people.

So my doctor just up and left the practice with no notice. This left me without a primary care. I received a letter from the group after the fact. The letter is signed by the North Regional Medical Director, doctor Michael Beahr. A practicing Dr within the group. The letter states very clearly someone will take up my immediate healthcare.Immediate thats what the letter states.. However if i need medication refills I have to go to an urgent care , I have no one to read recent blood work for an on going medical condition,,, and wait to see a non doctor nurse the soonest to try and get my medications. Why no one in the tempa general medical group wasn't assigned to assume my care Immediately is just outright negligence. TGH was to be an improvement im Hernando County. Not from my experance...if i want to stay in the group I wont get in to see a actual doctor till march......So I guess my illness can wait. Or maybe not?So much for immediate. Why would I stay with a group that behaves in this manner? You can't even call the office number, you go through some switchboard. They won't let you talk to the office. The office staff of my former Dr who left they can call you, but you cant call them directly. Horrible this should be something the AMA should address you can't just walk out on a patient without a suitable stand in.More to come.

This is a horrible practice. Do not go there. I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas for years but due to her booked up schedule I have had to see other practitioners. I finally was able to schedule and appointment with Dr. Thomas and the staff cancelled it claiming that I am now a NEW patient and she is not accepting new patients. The staff is rude. The supervisor hung up on me three times and refused to send a message to Dr. Thomas on my behalf. She told me that I could go to a new practice because I refused to see someone other than the doctor I have been seeing for yours. Keep in mind that I have TRIED to no avail to schedule with Dr. Thomas but due to her schedule I would have to wait months to see her. Unhelpful, unprofessional and rude staff. Dont waste your time.

Dr. Brian Roebuck in Spring Hill and his staff, Lady and Rosie, are so pleasant and responsive to my needs and problems. I was referred by a good friend and have been his patient for more than a year. One thing I especially like is Dr. Roebucku2019s willingness to educate me about my issues and conditions. This office is truly friendly and they respond very quickly to questions I submit in the Portal. I highly recommend them!

If I could give negative stars I would. Now that my primary has joined this group (Dr. Roebuck). Getting an appointment when you are acutely ill is just about impossible. Call his office and it goes directly to a call center for Tampa General. They take your info, tell you someone from their office will be in touch, never happens. Have to call back the next day, be on hold for 30 minutes and be told they will relay the message again. When you are sick. When you need a doctor, this is the last thing you want to deal with. Then I get 2 bills from them and the billing department says I didn't have insurance at the time. I most certainly did. Both my doctor and their urgent care got my card. You can't even get in to see them, before presenting you insurance, ID, and copay. Blue care is handling it for me now. I'm in search of a new doctor not associated with Tampa General Medical Group.
