Best urgent care I've ever been to. My family has come to Ultimed at least 10 times so far over the years, and every time the service has been quick and the diagnoses are accurate. They are friendly, get us in a room right away (which is very much appreciated with toddlers!) and I've enjoyed every provider we've seen. They will provide prescriptions as needed and have effectively treated every issue we've had, including flu-like illnesses, rashes, sinus infections, and others. The setting is smaller than most urgent cares and feels spa-like and tranquil, which is a nice change. There is usually no wait to get a room and the provider comes in quickly, usually within 15 mins or so. We will always go here first. Price is the same as a copay with our usual doctors anyway. Thanks you guys!

Best urgent Care I have been too, they take there time to explain what your Diagnosis is and what caused it. The staff was very friendly. It didn't even feel like I was at Urgent Care it was so relaxing and calm!!

Revised: Used to be a great clinic. A mgr. called me after review posted, said he didnu2019t feel the recep. was rude after listening to call. I know she cut me off and was short and rude to me. Call from mgr wasnu2019t good. I had expressed appreciation to NP due to situation of bringing mom from AZ to NM but no thyroid meds in her bag. NP wouldnu2019t order even 7 days of meds, said had to go to Primary (Mgr defended). Canu2019t order express-scripts on weekends. NP flabbergasted - sent all meds to cvs. Wonu2019t be going back till things change up.

Absolutely handsome down the best and most professional urgent care I've ever had to use. These ladies showed compassion and answered all of my questions. As I felt like death warmed over, thankfully it was just out lovely Santa Fe allergies.
