This location along with its staff are efficient, friendly, and caring. The Physician was thorough and explained the type of medication and what to expect. I was able to easily make an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. Check-in on the app is simple and then only a short wait. I fully trust this urgent care provider.

I went to this urgent care hoping to get help for severe dental pain. Iu2019ve had tooth pain and it had gotten unbearable spreading to my ear and temple. I already called around to multiple dentists, but none had openings. I went in hoping a provider might at least prescribe antibiotics to help until I could be seen by a dentist.Instead, I had a virtual consultation with a doctor who told me to just take Tylenol and ibuprofen even after I explained Iu2019d already tried that and it wasnu2019t helping. I felt dismissed and unheard. To make things worse, after I left the office and sat in my car trying to call more clinics, I noticed the front desk worker and nurse staring at me and my boyfriend through the curtain, which made me feel even more uncomfortable and judged.I drove an hour to get help and left feeling the same pain, even more discouraged, and completely unsupported. I understand urgent care may have limits, but I expected more compassion and effort than I received here.

I lost the tube from my ear which is normal after the time it has been in. However, in the process, I have an infection. Was super lucky as someone had cancelled when I walked in and I was able to get right in.The reception person was very professional and kind. The nurse asst who logged me in was great and quick. The man who inspected my ear confirmed my fear. BUT, I was in and out quickly with a referral and a prescription.I pleasant experience for me even while I was hurting.Call first before going to save some time.

I showed up at urgent care with a cough, low energy, poor appetite for 6 weeks. I was told when I arrived that there was no provider and I would visit with the Dr on my cell phone. I was not pleased as I had not been told this before making my way there. Not much help on the phone visit but I did get an RSV test, and then a send away covid test. I was told that the covid results would be available in 24-36 hours. It is 12 days later, and I still have no results despite calling the clinic multiple times. The woman at the desk has been nothing but rude to me, not answering my questions when I was in the office, and when I called for the results of my covid test, she hung up on me, and did not call back, despite my giving her my number. When I asked her when they might have a staff member in house, she does not seem to know, or is not telling.

The male doctor seen multiple times in-person over several months this past winter was excellent. However, the female PA seen online 1x in-between was horrible and I did have to speak to a manager afterwards about her behavior. She was insistent that my son's symptoms HAD to be a sign of a STI, rather than a UTI, and he can lie about it to cover it up all he wants. It's clear that she has issues that need to be resolved with therapy, possibly meds, and shouldn't be working with a young male population. Her diagnosis and assumptions were not only incorrect but also unethical. Please make sure your licensed providers are receiving mental health services needed, especially since this particular appointment was recorded by your online portal and this PA is a clear liability for your practice. The lack of daily in-person providers and practitioners like this PA are a solid reason to travel outside of Taos to the nearest corporate hospital in Espanola to be cared for properly. PCPs are difficult to come by in rural areas like Taos, specialty care is barely existent and better in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Most of the front office staff are rude, especially when there isn't an onsight MD there for the day.
