I went in hoping for a straightforward visit to address what felt like a sinus infection u2014 pressure behind my eyes, ear pain, and constant ringing in one ear. The nurse was friendly and even mentioned that similar symptoms had been going around, which made me feel a bit more at ease. Unfortunately, that feeling didnu2019t last.nThe physician assistant who saw me seemed completely uninterested in my actual concerns. Instead of focusing on the sinus issues I came in for, he redirected the visit to something completely unrelated after briefly pressing on my abdomen u2014 which I had already explained was sensitive due to postpartum physical therapy. Despite this, he insisted I had a potentially life-threatening condition and tried to push for immediate imaging or an ER visit without proper explanation or consideration.nWhen I asked to consult my primary care provider before making that kind of decision, his tone shifted dramatically. He responded with a rude comment and began questioning the cost of my concierge care, which felt intrusive and inappropriate. After I chose to leave and follow up with my own doctor, I was made to sign a form and was told, u201cLetu2019s hope you wake up alive tomorrow.u201d Completely uncalled for.nIt turns out I did not have any emergency condition u2014 just a sinus infection, which my primary care treated effectively. A simple course of antibiotics and nasal sprays had me on the mend within days. Sadly, this urgent care visit was not only unhelpful, but unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. I wonu2019t be returning, and I wouldnu2019t recommend this place to others looking for competent or compassionate care.

This was one of the best urgent care experiences I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this location if you need an exceptional urgent care. The PA was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining my results and course of treatment. She was amazing!!

All the staff were wonderful. The Dr and tech kept me very informed with great bedside manner. Took my symptoms seriously and was surprised the Dr called me as soon as possible with my results of the xray. Definitely recommend :)

Staff was helpful and informative. Also empty in there so service was quick. The provider was cool, and listened to me and cared that I had a trip coming up that I had to be healthy for. Iu2019m glad they replaced the lady at the front desk, the other young lady was so rude. The lady today in her lions gear was super helpful and kind.
