The check in staff were very professional and efficient. Stephanie took my vital signs and asked about my symptoms and was very friendly and The P.A. Was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me great advice on how to recover from my symptoms and I am so appreciative of her. I will always go back to the Allen Tx location when I need medical attention. Such a great fast experience!! Thanks to the whole staff!!

Just go elsewhere. This place only cares about money and does NOT have the ability to properly read insurance. I refuse to allow a company to owe me money. My insurance said I am responsible for 20% not whatever complete contracted rate they offer. Went to another urgent care and was seem plus properly charged after wasting my time driving here and waiting for the lady at the front desk to figure out how to work the computer.nGo where they are knowledgeable, trained and know how to work their systems. Then for them to gossip about my situation in front of me which I found actually violated my rights to privacy. Notice all of their good reviews were months ago. As of lately these people are atrocious.

My overall experience at the clinic was okay. The receptionist was kind and I was able to address some health concerns with the physician, Dina. Unfortunately, I found one of the physician's assistants to be a bit unprofessional.nnFor example, at the beginning of the appointment I confirmed that I experienced pain in my jaw and under my tongue. Due to this the assistant conducted a strep throat test that involved my throat being swabbed. I was unable to stick my tongue all the way out due to the pain that I already described to the assistant. As she left my room to see if another physician's assistant could help, I heard her laughing with another co-worker on how I was unable to stick my tongue out, and I also heard them mentioning me being a 31 year old. My age had nothing to do with the fact that the pain I experienced made a task a bit more difficult for me at the time. Additionally, once they were able to swab my throat the PA never confirmed my results with me. It wasn't until 10 minutes later when the physician confirmed my results were negative.nnI believe my experience could have been 5 stars had I been treated with more professionalism by the PAs. It's also a good idea to ensure that the PAs do not talk negatively about clients, especially in a area where it may be easy to hear the conversation of others!

Making an appointment online was very easy! I didnu2019t have to wait long after I arrived. The staff is very friendly and competent. The PA I saw was very thorough. Great experience. Will use again if needed!
