Dr. Bapna is very thorough with her patient care approach. She is a wonderful listener and took the time to listen to my concerns about my health and proposed solutions that were very appropriate. She is very professional and yet very personal in her approach. The office and the supporting staff are also extremely courteous and wonderfully personable.

My doctor is fine, but I am getting annoyed with the whole practice. Why have an online contact form on the website if no one will respond? Why have something that says to send a message and someone will text back when no one will respond (tried that on 3 separate occasions)? Also, I will get emails and texts and when I confirm the appointment it says one location, but the portal says the other location. I liked Dr John, but I am considering finding somewhere else now that she is gone.

We love this practice and highly recommend Dr. Acharya and Dr. Bapna! The staff really shine here and the front desk is run with efficiency and a friendly smile every time. Weu2019ve been going to TPC since the location was on Kyser, and gladly followed them to the beautiful new office. From checking in, to getting an ultrasound or having blood drawn, each employee is professional with the ability to make you feel comfortable and at ease!

The most ridiculous PCP experience everu2026nnHad to wait for a week for simple blood work while I need quick diagnostic..nnReluctant to refer me to a dermatologist, even after repeatedly asking.nnScheduled a virtual appointment while the nurse was physically in the office (yes, she sent me to my car even though we had just met face to face).nnThis place should find practical solutions for their patients in urgent cases.
