I went in, unsure of what I had after being sick for quite a while. They tested me for just about everything and were able to give me an answer and prescribe me medication that I needed to get better in a timely manner. I had a great experience during my visit. The staff was professional and kind, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. Vanessa, in particular, was extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring all my concerns were addressed thoroughly. The process was smooth, and felt well cared for throughout my visit. I would highly recommend their services for anyone in need of prompt and quality care.

I used this facility the last couple years because itu2019s near my home. Iu2019ve always liked the staff, however Iu2019ve had issues with my billing for my family. I feel my bill is correct and just so itu2019s mainly my daughter and husbands that I canu2019t sort. The billing team is not helpful when I called in they told me to call Aetna. Aetna received a clean claim from an OON provider so I would be wasting my time. Iu2019ve emailed in to try and resolve the issues as well and Iu2019ve gotten no response. I do medical billing full time and know how insurance works but the billing team couldnu2019t tell me a thing. Iu2019m not against paying a bill I am against paying an OON bill for a provider when I wasnu2019t made aware the facility had gone OON with my insurance.

Thoroughly unimpressed.Came here on urging from my job and spouse to get checked out after a cardiovascular scare at work.Had my vitals taken by a very polite nurse, who also recorded my blood pressure medication.In came a woman later identified as Michelle Wiley (FNP-C), who started asking redundant questions because she hadn't reviewed the notes from the nurse, downplayed and blew off my concerns about my health.I tried to impress upon her how bad this event was and my concerns that my blood pressure spike might have done some lasting damage, and she continued to act like I had no idea what was going on in my own body.I understand that your CT machine is down, but she could have at least referred me out to somewhere else. Instead she used it as an excuse to not lift a finger to look into the matter or help in any way.To her credit, she maintained a polite tone of voice while she was being snide, condescending and gaslighting me about my own body... At least until after I called her on her behavior and she stormed out of the room exclaiming you still have to pay for services!I found her condescending attitude and disregard for patients to be incredibly unprofessional and this experience has soured me to this facility.

I would like to give -u2606 if i can, i regret not reading the reviews from this facility before visiting. The staff is irresponsible in informing patients that their treatment is out of network by their insurance. They intentionally conceal and deceive patients because they know the patient needs urgent treatment. My daughter got urgent care from June 2024, until now we still struggling with the bill. It's been so frustrating and time-consuming to deal with this issue when I was still convinced that the treatment was covered by my insurance. This is our first time here, although it is very close to our home, this is also our last time. No matter how urgent it is, this place is not our choice.
