I absolutely love this virtual service for my kids! Especially for a full time working single mom on the go as myself. Itu2019s quick and easy to set up appointments when your kids unexpectedly get sick. In the comfort of your home you are treated with respect. The Doctors, nurses and staff are always so friendly and very patient! If you need further testing you simply check in at your preferred location and the medical staff come to your vehicle for swabbing if needed. They are always so sweet! We had a virtual visit which was awesome. Covid/strep testing was able to be done in the comfort of my car. Results were back within about 30 minutes and then a provider called soon after to go over results and see if I had any questions. This is an awesome option to have. It beats having to sit in a waiting room with more germs and also contains the ones your child might have.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though they were busy. We did the telemedicine option and the nurse on staff was able to take his vitals and do a throat swab for my son while we chatted virtually with a doctor. Everything worked out good.
