Appalling experience with front desk at Chop Chalfont Specialty Care. I checked in 30 mins before my 12pm appointment and wasnu2019t seen until 12:40pm while waiting in an empty waiting room watching multiple patients who arrived AFTER me get seen by Dr. Rizzi. At no point did staff acknowledge that Iu2019ve been waiting well over an hour nor concerned until after I had to inquire about my prolonged wait. The nurse inside the doctoru2019s office stated there was an oversight on their part. I implied to the front desk I wouldnu2019t mind waiting another 75 mins to schedule my childu2019s surgery to which they all laughed and didnu2019t acknowledge the wait I went through. Patients shouldnu2019t have to police their own appointments nor beg for information about the wait time.

We are absolutely satisfied with our experience with CHOP Ambulatory Center. We had circumcision procedure for my 1,5 year old son with Dr. Weiss. So professional, friendly and amazing doctor. Explains everything in details. The nurses are amazing. So polite, friendly and supportive. The facility is clean and organized. Everyone did a great job. Everything was done on time. Thank you so much CHOP for taking care of us.

As a pediatrician, I expect transparency and to be informed about unexpected exorbitant costs before I am surprised by a ridiculous bill. I would never do this to my patients and would expect better from an institution such as CHOP. Being charged $758 for an EKG during a specialty visit in which i assumed i only had a copay of $60 is UNACCEPTABLE. I will be sure to warn all of my patients of your inappropriate and non transparent billing practices.

I had an amazing experience here, nice quiet facility, staff were very good, a extra thumbs up ud83dudc4d for the nurses in the recovery room, special shoot-out for the honorable Dr. Taylor who did a amazing job and was very enthusiastic about the work that he did, I highly recommend this place for everyone

We had a wonderful experience during my daughteru2019s tonsillectomy and ear tube procedure. Dr. Borek made us feel so at ease from our first consultation. The nurse and anesthesia teams took care of us however they could and had a fantastic bedside manner. I would highly recommend CHOP specialty care to anyone seeking pediatric services.
