This place is the best urgent care clinic I've been to. Every staff member was caring, patient, and extremely friendly. The doctor pulled me aside before I even checked in to discuss if the clinic would be beneficial for what I need. She did let me know I would be able to have better results at the little ER connected to it. She had the staff take me right over and into the back. No wait time. The doctor was very understanding, cared about my concerns, and very patient. I would recommend the clinic and ER to anyone looking to get precise answers and have a doctor take their time to listen and give their educational advice. Hands down everyone was amazing.

I visited The Crossing Urgent Care for the first time. I checked in online before I left home. Completing the paperwork was fast and easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I received treatment very quickly. I will definitely use this facility each time I need urgent care.

The staff was amazing!!!! I was a nervous wreck walking in. My 3 year old had glass in her foot. No, it wasnu2019t a pretty sight in the room as she was screaming and crying. BUT the staff stayed calm, they even let her watching videos on their phones. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone especially parents with kids. They were seriously the SWEETEST staff, Iu2019ve ever witness in an urgent care! It was an all hands on deck activity and not one of them looked the other way! I greatly appreciate it!

Very friendly staff. Excellent Nurse and Doctor. Convenient and efficient service. I personally am very thankful that they are in the veterans network so I can get quality health care without driving to San Antonio when I have an acute illness. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The Crossing Urgent care has the best staff. Today I had to bring in my 7month old baby and they were so helpful from the moment we arrived. The paperwork was painless and the wait time was minimal. Both the nurse and doctor took their time with us and a huge plus was we never get rushed! If we ever need to go to the doctor or the weekend we will definitely come back
