If I could leave a negative star review I would, but sadly can't. My fiance has been trying for 3 years to get these guys to get our lawyers his medical reports for a lawsuit we have with the insurance company of the girl who nearly killed us in Oct, 2021. They have known for years we are suing for the wreck they treated him for and they refuse to release his info to our lawyers. We will now be going after Essentia for illegally withholding information vital to our lawsuit. If you have the choice to not go here do so.

I had to go here due to my work needing a blood draw/lab work done. The lady who drew my blood made me very uncomfortable throughout the whole process, to the point where my body wouldnu2019t give her any blood. So after 3 times of trying to get blood and it failing, she jabbed me fairly hard in the center brachial artery, my arm squirted out blood, and then I felt like I was almost being sucked dry with the amount of blood they took - it didnu2019t feel right or like any other time Iu2019d had my blood taken. I told her I hadnu2019t eaten in the last couple of hours, and yet when she saw my both my emotional and physical discomfort, she continued. I walked out of that mall shakey and with tears in my eyes, for the next couple of hours my arm felt very odd and like I had a bit of loss in my coordination. Here I am a week later with very bad bruising, and my arm is still feeling very odd at the site of where she jabbed me - when comparing the overall sensation in my arms I can literally feel the difference, one just doesnu2019t feel right. Iu2019m not sure exactly what she did to me or what happened on the inside of my body, but I can feel that there was some sort of damage done to that vein - itu2019s still uncomfortable, and my coordination is still a bit off too. Overall if you need to get labs done, do not go here, Iu2019ve had to get my blood drawn several times and prior to this I never had a reaction like this, either physically or in relation to the person drawing blood. It was a very odd and uncomfortable experience to say the least.

Not a good one. Waited over an hour past appointment time. No one bothered telling me why - like a patient's time is not valuable. Dr. did not apologize and yawned while examining me and passed me off to an orthopedic doctor.
