Dr. Myers is a good PCP. He is straight forward which can come across as mean to some personalities. It works fine for me. He very knowledgeable and gives a chance for questions. You have to be quick so I say if you have questions make notes as the appointment time will go by fast. Again, that works great for me but a patient looking for a dr. that chats about random stuff might feel rushed.

I have precancerous cells I cannot get removed because I owe a balance on my biopsy. In the time it takes me to save and pay, I could develop skin cancer. Refusing to schedule a patient when they are not in collections is bad. Refusing to schedule a patient who is actively paying their bill is sheer greed and directly contradicts their oath to do no harm. If your insurance hits you with a surprise bill at MMC just prepare to go somewhere else because they will not treat you.

Keep your kids away. Refused to speak with me about my daughteru2019s recent diagnoses and reason for putting her on amphetamines. And Lord help you if Gale answers the phone when trying to just schedule a talk with Dr Castleberry.
