Tuesday I went in told them I felt like I had the flu or covid. The fake Nurse practitioner tested me and claim test was negative didn't wanna give me any medicine lost my job because she put on doctors note nothing was wrong with me went to the hospital Thursday and I have covid..smh

They gave me the run around about a copay kept saying I didnu2019t have insurance it donu2019t seem like they know what they doing. Lady poked me three times to draw blood. Iu2019m just starting to feel like this clinic is the worst like they just wokup and said letu2019s open an urgent care. I went in for a hcg check because my home pregnancy test was faint positive. They tested me there and said it was negative but still prescribed me with prenatal ud83eudd14. So now Iu2019m over here I got 6 home test saying Iu2019m pregnant doc at urgent says Iu2019m not but gives me prenatal this place has no knowledge of what they doing or what to do Iu2019m gonna start going to the hospital instead

the staff was super helpful and polite. the front receptionist greeted us with a warm inviting smile!!nnthe building was super clean ( they did a very nice job with the remodel )nnthe staff is very helping and professional. one thing that stuck out the most was how kind and interactive they were!!! they treat you with such great care it was very welcoming !!nnI would highly recommend going to this urgent care. I have told family and friends to go there cause the experience was absolutely amazing
