I wish that I could give zero stars. Usually you wait for hours to be seen even if you're in severe pain and even then you have to wait for a long time. Sometimes the doctors dismiss your pain as nothing. My daughter went in with a headache and they sent us away without doing any tests, a week later we found out it was a brain tumor that could possibly be cancerous. I would never suggest going here if you want real medical care. Kadlec is the far better choice.

I used to have great experiences here with my children, but today I was very disappointed. I sent a friend who was obviously miserable and the doctor that saw her told her itu2019s either cancer, sickness, or a lymph node infection. The doctor offered her no medication, no further testing options to find out what it was. She was left to walk out of the office with nothing but advice to wait and see.nnAnd for someone whou2019s been sick for weeks and finally agreed to go get looked at, it was utterly embarrassing how this doctor failed to seek after a solution for her.

I donu2019t understand why they have 2.8 stars.nThese people have seen me and my son 2 times now and itu2019s been the best experience ever. They are kind and caring. Everything you want in an urgent care. Thank you to the team who took care of us the other night when my som had cut his finger. It was 5 minutes to close. My husband ran inside in panic mode. And instead of telling us no (like health first urgent care) did down the street. They took us right away. I love their team.

The one star is because the receptionist and the nurse were very kind. So I went in because I've been having painful urination, pressure to my lower abdomen and cramping for about 4-5 days and just overall just not feeling well. Since I don't have a doctor yet, I decided to go to this place. The PA told me that because my urine was clear and showed no infection was present she could not give me anything. I told her that I have frequent UTI's, at least 5 times a year. Even though I told her about all my symptoms, she still insisted that she would not give me anything. 3 days later I couldn't handle the discomforts anymore, so I went somewhere else, I ended having a fever along with all my symptoms. I was given antibiotics and thankfully I'm feeling so much better. The only reason I would probably go back to this place is if I break my toe and I need some tylenol

I recommend to set up an appointment online if they even have availability. Over 2 hour waiting time. Walk-ins at 6 they will find some type of way for you to go to the hospital or schedule an appt next day. They will make up some thing to not schedule you in. Which seems like they are trying to just get out right at 7. Which closing time says 7. Maybe change times that appts should be schedule by 5 if you want to be out by 7.
