Iu2019m from Florida originally and been in Alabama for a couple years now and the health care system doctors/PA need a whole lot of training or find a different profession this is my primary care doctor I donu2019t get sick very often but when I do I expect my doctor to do what they tell me as far as calling medication in for me I shouldnu2019t have to call back the day after to remind them they sure want payment before you walk out the door why canu2019t they call your medication in before you walk out. Other thing Iu2019ve never heard of a doctor office dropping a patient by just calling them up and saying they canu2019t see them anymore I thought they have to give you a 30 day notice in writing they are dropping you they did this to my parents who both are elderly. We as people need to stick together and show these kind of business that they work for us not the other way around. Thereu2019s not very many choices up here for doctors and thank god I havenu2019t really gotten sick and needed a doctor otherwise they might forget to treat me and next thing you know Iu2019m no longer around they care about one thing and thatu2019s how much money they can make they donu2019t treat you and make you wait days or even weeks to call in medicine you need now. Iu2019d not recommend this place for anyone do your research and find someone hopefully who actually cares about their patients. I recently visited the office seen Alicen Bruster she for some reason was very short with me I did tell her my concerns and that I was turning 50 so I also had bloodwork done and they were supposed to have sent me colon guard to do at home to test for cancer. Well letu2019s just say hopefully I donu2019t have cancer because at this point the PA is about worthless I might as well be my own doctor. No call back or anything on bloodwork no test to preform at home sent in the mail. I think as people paying their salaries they can tallest do their jobs but seems unlikely Alabama has the worst medical care I have ever seen and people like her are the reason why they believe they are owed something and could really careless about patients. Iu2019m going to be filing a complaint with my insurance and have them checked out and also with the medical board. Donu2019t tell me your care about my health have me come into the office for a check up and do absolutely nothing you said. I would not recommend seeing her maybe a different PA. Also doctor Peteru2019s is my primary care doctor guess how many times Iu2019ve spoken with him out of the 2 years Iu2019ve been going to their office absolutely zero what a joke

They are very helpful and patient with me. My work makes it very difficult to make and keep appointments but they work with me until it works. And I can't say enough about Allison Brewster, she really makes it worth coming here. Very attentive and professional with great country charm.

I can't say enough good things about this practice. The admin staff is helpful for getting appointments, and all the nurses I've dealt with are very friendly and kind. I primarily see Dr. Gannon but have also seen Hailey Armstrong, CRNP. Dr. Gannon is personable and easy to talk with, and he's helped numerous times to get past insurance hurdles for RX coverage. I also really like that I can get the bloodwork done there without having to make a separate trip to the hospital.

As someone who isn't very comfortable seeing a doctor, Dr. Gannon always makes me feel very comfortable and is attentive to whatever issues I'm there for. He also went out of his way to find more affordable options for me when I didn't have insurance. All around a great experience here ud83dudc4d
