My husband, daughter and I have been using Better Faster Urgent Care for at least 10 years. They are professional, educated and caring. We have PCPs and a pediatrician, but when we are sick or hurt and those doctors are not available we head straight over to Better, Faster for the same quality care we get from our regular doctors. We value the fact that they are excellent with adults and children alike. If you go to have your child treated ask for Dr. Keith, he is amazing with children.

I experienced a lot of internal pain in the evening and was able to schedule an appointment the following morning. Making an appointment is easy as the system is very user friendly. The staff took me right in. Katie, the PA, provided advice with compassion and immediately prescribed what I needed following the test results. This is the best Urgent Care around.

HOSTILE ENVIRONMENTu203cufe0fRUDEu203cufe0f REFUSAL OF TREATMENTu203cufe0f INCOMPETENCEu203cufe0fnAfter confirming with them that they accept my insurance. I paid my deductible. I was given a throat culture and told I needed a steroid injection. However, a rude and unprofessional billing staff member came in, informing me they didn't accept my insurance and demanding immediate payment. She also refused the steroid injection (NOT A DOCTOR). Upon leaving, she slammed the door as hard as she could making the walls shake. I was completely in shock with her behavior. I've never experienced anything as VIOLENT in my life!! I think anger management classes are needed. A few weeks later, I received a bill stating they received payment from my insurance and were asking for more money. (SHE told me they didn't accept my insurance, but, she still billed insurance company) I phoned and spoke with the billing person turns out to be the same rude person that came in and slammed the door and claimed front desk made mistake and quoted person is untrained. u203cufe0fu203cufe0fu203cufe0fThat doesn't excuse her behavior or the poor handling of the situation. The lack of clarity, refusal to provide proper treatment, and the disrespectful treatment I received are unacceptable. The experience was frustrating, and I strongly feel the staff's behavior needs to be addressed.u203cufe0fu203cufe0fu203cufe0fnThank God, I was just passing through town. This place is fast, friendly and very affordable compared to Breeze Urgent care where I usually go. This place took the time to listen to all my daughteru2019s concerns and properly diagnose her symptoms. They went above and beyond to provide her with the help we needed! Kim and Keith are the best! Iu2019d rate them 10 Stars if I could! Iu2019ll never go anywhere else again.
