My feedback is about their billing which I would give one star for lack of transparency. My actual visit with the staff was great so I gave my overall review two stars.ALWAYS CALL about the bill you receive: I had a PPD placed and was told it was $29 for the placement (itu2019s an additional fee to read it later). The provider recommended trying to bill insurance first just in case it was covered. So I provide insurance info. Now I receive a $50 bill. I call and the representative tells me if you pay up front itu2019s a reduced price since itu2019s out of pocket BUT if they bill insurance and insurance doesnu2019t cover it then they send you what they billed insurance, aka, the higher amount. I say this was never disclosed and I will not pay that amount and then the rep says Iu2019m not responsible for that amount (even though I clearly have a BILL in front of me that says u201cwhat you oweu201d and $50).Bottom line: always call and check your bill. A very similar situation happened when my friend went for a vaccine and some lab work. This feels like a dishonest practice that is probably charging many people more than they should have to pay.Side note: I was told they billed Medicaid for my test even though Iu2019ve never had Medicaid ud83eudd26u200du2640ufe0f

Have been waiting about a week for someone that cares at customer service to take this seriously as it is. Long story short I had an analphylactic reaction to a med they prescribed (obvs not their fault). But when I went back in to verify my reaction and get help was told yup and if it gets worse go to ER. No epi was administered nor prescribed. I was not taken seriously at all and as Healthcare worker myself I'm appalled and I'm disbelief as to how it was handled. No one should ever go through this and they need to make some serious changes here for patient safety.

Katya, the nurse on staff today, was short staffed and all by herself covering desk and clinic. She didnu2019t let it get to her and acted with total composure and grace. She gave me really good care and was thoughtful and kind. Katya deserves major kudos!!

Great experience! I was a walk in and they got me in and out within 20 minutes. I tested positive for Covid and they were swift in getting me what I needed to get better. Great staff as well.

Beware the VACCINATION OFFER.........they widely distribute an offer of $5 credit at King Soopers for 1 vaccination or $20 for 2 vaccinations. While it is true that it is illegal to give any compensation to Medicare patients there ISN'T ANY DISCLOSURE OF SUCH in their advertising so it is very misleading!
