I love this place, I can check in on any floor for my Dr. Appts even if I'm on the wrong floor well today Apr. 9, 2025 @1:04pm a receptionist on the third floor refuse to check me in because my Dr. Was on the second floor. There were no other patients waiting and she was just eating on scrolling on the computer. I Asked her so I HAVE TO go down on the second floor to check in? And she gave me a blank stare, and nodded her head and said yeah. So now I'm standing on the second floor long line and late for my appointment. I'm high pissed because I need to see this Doctor. Black hair with glasses receptionist need to be fired for her laziness!

Will not be back to any promedica operated facility again ever! These people working here don't care if they mess up it will always be your fault! Even if you have a voicemail proving when your child's appointment is. They don't care if you drive an hour and a half and show up 15 minutes before your appointment. They can still tell you your appointment was an hour ago and come back next week. Even with proof that you are indeed on time. The women running the 310 window are terrible and they will talk bad about you every chance they get. There is no way they should be employed here. Due to my family's treatment today I will be changing my neurosurgeons and Dr for my whole family. They said part is they don't care about us or the thousands in surgeries they are losing.

Horrible. Worst customer service Iu2019ve seen in a long time. Turning away patients at 11:45 when your website says 12:00. Your Maumee location took us 10 minutes to close and had us out in 7 minutes. Your departure time would not have been affected. Itu2019s clear you didnu2019t want to be there on a Saturday.nnWe have already contacted the customer experience hotline.

Please do yourself a favor and never come to the lab here with your kids. Unless you want your toddlers vein blown while they scream with blood pouring out of their arm, and the only excuse the woman has is u201cheu2019s moving too muchu201d even though he was being held down by 2 people?? And then say heu2019s bleeding that much because u201cbabies donu2019t have platelets.u201d What? Canu2019t even admit that you made a mistake. Iu2019m so upset and my toddler is traumatized. Do not come here to get your blood drawn. Awful experience.
