PAC - Tyesha, is absolutely incredible! What makes her standout is she always truly listens while offering clear solutions. The check-in process was extremely easy and efficient. The entire office was very clean and well organized. The doctor was amazing. Diagnosed me quickly, and got my meds sent over to the pharmacy So they were ready when I got there. I am so thankful I went there today.

Booked online seamlessly before leaving work. Got the appointment set for shortly after getting home. Nurse that did initial intake was awesome. Very nice, genuine and friendly, despite it being quite later into the afternoon. You would have thought she just got there. Even advised she hoped I got better soon. Seemed like a genuine concern, not a forced response. Wait time always a little longer than I enjoy but is to be expected with urgent care and priority of patients.

I was a walk-in and the entire staff was very professional and friendly. Once I got to the room and they did their initial monitoring who's only about 5 minutes before the nurse came in and saw me. She was very knowledgeable and very professional and I felt like she genuinely cared. I had a great experience.
